Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Once an order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. We will always confirm artwork, sizing, and quantities before moving into production.
Artwork & Ownership
You confirm that any artwork submitted to us is owned by you or that you have permission to reproduce it. We hold a working copy for repeat production but do not redistribute your artwork to other customers.
Digital Proofs & Approvals
We always provide a digital mockup before production. Final responsibility for spelling, colour, sizing, and approval rests with the customer once a proof is signed off.
Payment
Production begins once payment terms have been agreed and a deposit (where applicable) has been received. Invoices are payable through the methods listed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier delays or material availability. We will keep you informed of any updates that affect your delivery date.
Refunds & Remakes
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a production or quality issue on our end, we will remake or refund the affected items. Approved proofs and small unavoidable variations in colour or texture inherent to handmade products are not considered defects.
Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
